• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Returns are free within the United States.

How to Start a Return？

To begin your return, simply email us at support@samtopia.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. We’ll notify you once the refund has been issued.
